EmailDawg can match confirmed invalid-address bounces to the original email and stop the next follow-up. Uncertain delivery problems stay available for review instead of being treated as a confirmed bad address.
Start, pause, resume or stop an email campaign from its controls. Completed sends, customer replies and opt-outs stay in the record, so changing the schedule does not mean starting over.
The All view now includes web chat conversations as well as SMS. Switching back from Web Chat clears the old channel filter; SMS and campaign views keep their own useful defaults.
Full inbox and preview lists now respect the page size you choose, including All. Moving to the next page shows the next messages instead of repeating the previous set.
Shop context now uses the connected custom domain, or the shop’s own subdomain. Updating the connected domain also updates the address used by messaging assistance, without relying on an old template value.
Choose an automatic cancellation period for offline-payment orders, or leave it off. Customers can see the countdown, while separate settings control cancellation and payment-request emails.
Choose whether to offer account creation during guest checkout, independently of the offer after an order. The compact signup opens in place and keeps the cart and checkout draft when closed.
Eligible guest orders can appear in account history once the customer has verified ownership of the email address. The original order reference stays intact, giving returning customers a clearer record.
Staff can send an account invitation with a single-use password setup link tied to that customer. The customer chooses their own password; the invitation does not need to contain one.
After a guest order, customers can create an account with email verification while keeping the order reference they already received. Checkout stays open to guests; an account becomes a useful next step.
Blog pages now serve readable article HTML with canonical URLs, structured data, archives and sitemaps. Public articles can be discovered without depending on a browser to assemble the page first.
Private-shop mode checks access on the server and applies indexing controls. An age-confirmation overlay is a separate option, so a visual confirmation and access to private shop content serve different jobs.
Ask NEO to prepare a promotion campaign, review the exact proposed changes and approve them. Saved operation records help recover an interrupted response without blindly repeating an action.
Build percentage discounts, fixed savings, free shipping, buy-one-get-one offers and bonus-product deals. Set the products and conditions around the offer, so the promotion fits the stock you want to move.
Applicable deals and their actual savings appear through the shopping flow. Spend and item requirements explain what is still needed, from the product view to the cart and checkout.
Public-site maintenance refreshed the CMS and compressed text responses. Short-lived page caching keeps repeat visits efficient while allowing new content to appear promptly.
NEO can prepare changes to the shop Photo Gallery with image previews and a review of the intended order. You approve the changes before the updated gallery is published.
Product cards give minimum quantities and product codes room to stay readable on mobile. Customers can check the ordering requirement without squeezing past crowded labels.
Storefront text assets are compressed and versioned assets are delivered through the edge cache. Shop pages and live data remain fresh, while repeat visits can reuse the files they already have.
Separate permissions cover reading, sending, organizing mailboxes, contact lists, imports, campaigns and settings. Mailbox ownership and shop boundaries remain part of the access model.
Shop preparation preserves the template’s promotion definitions and selected abandoned-cart offers. A shop can start with the intended offer setup instead of silently losing those selections.
Image creation paths and product and homepage video uploads were corrected. Shop media reaches the intended location, making everyday product updates more reliable.
Switching cryptocurrency no longer reuses instructions for the previous selection. Clearer cancellation and expired-session states also help customers understand whether a payment request is still open.
Support requests gained rate limits and safer handling of submitted text. The changes reduce repetitive submissions and keep customer input from being treated as page markup.
Private Reserve banner uploads and file removal were corrected. The section can use its intended artwork while handling replaced files more carefully.
Visitors arriving at the shop’s main address can go straight to the storefront. Staff retain their administration route, keeping the customer entrance and everyday shop work in their proper places.
Account maintenance strengthened session storage and password handling, removed session tokens from URLs and tightened image-type validation. These are background improvements to the everyday shopping flow.
Registration uses a six-digit email code with resend controls and limits on repeated attempts. Email ownership becomes a checked step in creating the customer account.
Products already used in orders can be deactivated instead of removing their historical references. Your product range can change while earlier orders remain understandable.
The earlier story: shop foundations, then messaging, email and AI. These milestones are grouped retrospectively, rather than assigned exact launch dates.
DROPS development began in April 2023. The starting point was practical: give a shop owner one place to manage products, take orders and keep the customer relationship close.
T-SHOP expanded around categories, stock, product options, package sizes, quantity pricing and scheduled sales. Physical products, digital products and services can have the structure they need.
Products, customer accounts, orders and notifications connect ordinary web shopping with Telegram. The customer can choose how to shop while your team works from connected shop records.
Customer accounts, wallet activity, referrals and promotions became part of the shop workflow. Private Reserve adds another way to connect regular spending with access to selected premium products.
SMS Plug brought Canadian business-number search into the messaging workspace. Find available local numbers by province, connect your number and give customers a way to reply to your texts.
Requires a configured SMS provider, an available number and an active inbound connection.
Two-way messaging turns a text into a conversation. Incoming messages reach the correct shop inbox, outbound delivery updates stay visible, and staff can pick up the thread when a customer answers.
Business information and training guide SMS and web-chat assistance. Staff takeover overrides automated replies, so a real conversation can move to a person when it needs one.
EmailDawg added connected mailboxes, contact lists and email campaigns to the workflow. Staff can manage replies and follow-ups alongside the customer work, with access controlled by their role.
NEO AI brought product, pricing, stock and appearance changes into shop chat. Ask for the change, inspect the saved proposal and approve the work before it is applied.
